Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
